TV channel National Geographic has recorded in Amsterdam. Not to film the famous canals but for Scam City. In this program crooks who rob tourist are exposed.

Whats the reality? You would expect the TV program.
Why is it then that the mayor of Amsterdam announced a press conference, to inform the press about the program.
Note also that mayor Van der Laan said that broadcasting the 8 reruns of Scam City Amsterdam on National Geographic have been cancelled.
It is now clear that the program has used actors, who played the criminals.
